Simple Meal Planning

The basics

I want the struggle with meal planning to be over. The comfort of routine and planning has
seemed to infuse my life with the longing for simple meals.

Breakfast:
Two pieces of fruit (two kinds)
One cup coffee black

Lunch:
Vegetable salad with a cup of beans

Dinner
Lean Meat*
Cooked root vegetable
Cooked vegetable

Snack:
Two squares dark chocolate
One cup tea
